Half a day once a week - total focus on your company
For most entrepreneurs, being a business owner can be the loneliest job in the world. Collaborating with a professional business coach can be the best decision you make for your company.
How Can I Help?
We meet for half a day (up to four hours) once a week to focus on the development and growth of your company. I am the 'partner' you need until your company is functioning at the level you want it to be at.
I will provide new perspective, objective feedback and accountability. Together we will define precise goals and develop strategic plans that will have you reaching those goals.
Why Choose Empowering You?
There are many resources available for the new entrepreneur and small business owner. It can be difficult to know which ones to choose, and who to work with.
What makes Empowering You different from other business coaching resources? TIME.
With other business coaches, your package will generally include up to three 45-minute sessions per month, email support and a limited number of telephone check-ins. As a business owner myself, I understand that often we need more
help than that, especially when we work alone. Those 45-minute sessions can feel insufficient and we leave still feeling just as overwhelmed and even a little frustrated. Sometimes the help we need is more hands on. Someone working
side-by-side and sharing the load is empowering, and we feel like we are not totally alone after all! That is why I will work with you for half a day once a week. A real chance to make major progress. In your business.
For a business owner, their most valuable asset is just that - TIME.

More Ways In Which I Can Help?
I will show you how to choose the projects that will have the biggest impact on your business in the shortest amount of time and why it is important to start there.
I will teach you to utilize tools such as the Prioritizing Matrix, Mind-Mapping and SMART goals to help you plan effectively and to stay focused.
I will teach you how to stop procrastinating, and how to delegate. Although you may be a small company of one or only a few, there are still times when it makes sense to delegate.
